Shipping Information:
Free
shipping applies to orders shipped
within the continental United States.
For all other destinations outside the
U.S., please call or email. All orders
will be shipped UPS Ground Service
unless otherwise specified. In stock
merchandise will ship within 1 business
day. Please allow from 3 to 7 business
days from teh day your order has been
shipped for UPS ground deliveries. Large
orders and out of stock items may take
longer. If faster delivery is needed,
please call for a quote.
Softsides and airbeds are shipped with
our freight company. If your order is
received with any damage please accept
delivery and note the damage on teh
freight bill before signing. Failure to
note any damage will void your return
guarantee. Contact our customer service
about the damage so we can send you a
replacement. |

Order Cancellation Policies:
Orders must be cancelled before an item
is shipped. After it has been shipped,
refer to the return policies. |

Warranties:
All
manufacturers warranties will be honored
by the store at any time. |

Return Policies:
Any
merchandise return must have an
authorization number assigned from our
company before merhandise can be
returned. We will only accept back
merchandise in unused condition in the
original box. Purchaser is responsible
for expense in returning merchandise.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for
returned goods. |

Damaged or Defective Goods:
Any item
received that is damaged or defective
will be replaced at no cost to the
purchaser. Please contact customer
service for return and replacement
